The at-risk report lists all at-risk, urgent, and transfer-only animals. You can view what these categories mean below. 
This report refreshes every ten minutes. Community members wishing to adopt or foster an at-risk or urgent animal 
should come to the shelter immediately. You can view more information about our at-risk program here:

These animals are seeking transfer placement due to medical or behavioral concerns but are 
currently available for adoption. While they are not currently classified as At-Risk or Urgent, their 
need for placement becomes more pressing the longer they remain in the shelter. All behavior-listed 
dogs without banners are eligible for foster, while foster availability for medical cases varies.
