Once she’s out, Potato is a dream on leash. She enjoys relaxed walks and, even more, simply

Potato absolutely loves treats and will happily show off her “sit” for one! Her waistline, however,

Once comfortable, Lambchop opens up with play and reveals his silly, goofy personality! He loves
soft squeaky toys, getting very playful with squeakers as he chases his toys around the yard. He
will even happily execute a solid sit command when motivated by a squeaky toy! He showed low
food motivation during his yard time, preferring toys and soft attention instead.
When it comes to handling, Lambchop can be a bit hesitant to leave his kennel space and needs
gentle encouragement, but he walks remarkably well on the leash once out.

'Lambchop had a wonderful time on his foster field trip! We went for a short walk outside and bass
pro shop! He seems to be potty trained, he waited to do his business outside! He also is very
responsive on the leash! I used words like stop and ah-ah to help him navigate bass pro and he
knew what to do! He’s a very smart boy. He was happiest walking around bass pro. He loved taking
in all the smells and attention. He got so many compliments from people saying how beautiful he
is!! Everyone wanted to pet him because he just has that calm and welcoming energy. He truly
lives up to his name! Sweet, gentle, and he loves people!! He was great in the car. He laid down the
whole time and had no issues! He’s very well-mannered and loves getting pets!! He’s a happy boy
out of the shelter and would be such a loyal companion to his adopter!'

Don’t let his age fool you! At 12 years old, Walter is still full of silly, goofy, puppy energy. From the
moment he sees you Walter likes to show you how excited he is by wiggling his whole body,
nubby tail included. Walter displayed a bit of excitement when passing other dogs, however was
able to be redirected with treats- I’m not sure if Walter has ever met a treat he didn’t like! During
his foster field trip Walter was a total cuddle bug and just wanted to be close to his favorite people.
He may be over 50 lbs, but this loving boy still thinks he’s a lap dog! He showed his gratitude for
being out of the shelter by doing some adorable zoomies around our home once he was
comfortable. He also enjoyed showing off his impressive training! Walter already knows how to sit,
stay (until released), lay down, and shake. He has so much personality and is truly a one of a kind
