*Scoob is not adapting well to being in a kennel at the shelter and is displaying
signs of kennel distress and anxiety. Scoob is fecal tracking in his kennel, demand
barking, showing barrier reactivity to other dogs in kennels, and is jumpy and
mouthy with staff members. He is struggling with impulse control around treats and
attention from team members, he is a big boy who can get jumpy and take treats
roughly at times. He is a very goofy boy who loves attention and treats, he is
working daily on his manners and has made friends in playgroup who love his loud
silly play style. If tall dark and handsome is your thing, Scoob might just be your
guy! This animal would benefit from a calmer environment and training to be able to
cope with changing environments and separation. Due to the severity of these
behaviors, this animal is transfer only and not a foster candidate at this time.
Additional behavioral details are available to interested partners upon request. This
animal needs placement by 05/20 at 3 PM.
