Princeton is not adapting well to being in a kennel at the shelter and is displaying
signs of kennel distress and anxiety. Princeton is becoming very anxious in his
kennel eager to get out. He is starting to jump up at his doors whining and pawing.
Staff members are able to leash him up with no issues and take him out for walks.
He does his own thing in the yard but allows all handling and will seek more
attention and pets with staff. He is very treat motivated so training should be a
breeze! He is great walking companion that doesn't pull on his leash. He is a
playgroup candidate that does well with our push and pull friends. Princeton needs
time outside of the shelter to fully decompress from his new surroundings. This
animal would benefit from a calmer environment and training to be able to cope with
changing environments and separation.
